The LATINA Style Business Series in New Jersey took place on Friday, October 27, 2023, in Newark, NJ at the Rutgers Business School. LATINA Style welcome attendees with a networking breakfast before beginning the day of learning and connections. The Mistress of Ceremony, Raven Santana, Host of Biz Beat and Correspondent at New Jersey PBS welcomed everyone to the welcome presentation.

During the welcome presentation remarks were given by Robert E. Bard, CEO of LATINA Style, Inc. and advisory committee member, Esperanza Porras-Field. Melissa Rivera, Senior Associate Dean for Finance and Administration for the Rutgers Business School shared remarks on behalf of the school. Attendees also heard from Kristhina H. Nogueiras, Executive Director & NJ Business Banking Market Manager from JPMorgan Chase, and from Lory Burgos, Senior Consultant, Enterprise Diverse Marketing for Nationwide.
